If you tried to take advantage of the FREE SHIPPING today, you may have experienced some very slow response times. Stampin' Up! did increase their bandwidth to double, but it still wasn't enough. Our IT Department was working all day to find fixes and get them out as quickly as possible. This allowed some orders to be processed, while some others could not complete the process.
