Hello and welcome!
Yes, once again, it's been a while since I posted. I won't make any excuses. We all know that 2020 was not a "normal" year, and so far, 2021 is proving to be much of the same. I pray that you and your loved ones are safe and I pray that 2021 will improve and a final end to the pandemic is near.
Every year, starting in January and ending February 28th, Stampin' Up! has their best promotion of the year. Sale-a-bration is a wonderful way to get products FREE with a qualifying order. For every $ 50 you spend in any catalog, you get to choose a product from the Sale-a-bration brochure. To top it off, we also have a new January - June Mini catalog, that is full of brand new stamps, dies, and papers. What fun !\
Today I am showing you some of the cards we will make this Saturday at stamp camp. The Love You Always Suite includes this gorgeous black and white paper that is absolutely stunning! I love black and white and this paper has beautiful florals and patterns that can be used all during the year. And if you're so inclined, these flowers can be colored with our Stampin' Blends, or our new Blending Brushes for a soft, delicate look. The Forever and Always bundle and the Always in my Heart bundle, include a stamp set and dies at a 10% discount. I used the Forever and Always bundle on my card, along with our Black Glittered ribbon from the annual catalog. I cropped the heart out with the Be Mine Stitched dies, also in the annual catalog. I stamped the flowers onto the heart (including the scalloped edge) using our Rococco Rose ink. When I adhered the heart down, I glued the think scalloped heart to the card, and popped up the center heart with dimensionals. The entire panel is adhered to a Basic Black cardstock base. Here's my card:
I used a strip of our new Love You Always Foil Sheets in Rococco Rose as a nice contrast to the black and white. A few rhinestones scattered about the heart for a little extra bling. The inside of the card says "with my whole heart", to pair with "Love You With" on the front.I must admit, although I'm not much of a "heart" person, these cards were very fun to make. I don't do monochromatic often enough and I should, because I always love the results.
If you don't already have a demonstrator, I would love to send you a catalog. Just contact me and I'll make it happen. Now is a great time to try our products because you get so much free just for shopping! Until next time, be well and God Bless.
