Thankful for You

Hello and welcome! As some of you may know, I have retired from the Banking world. I thought I was busy when I was working, but it seems I am busier now than ever before.  Perhaps it's because I'm trying to fit more into my day, not to waste a minute. It's a good stress though, so I'm not complaining.  Ok, maybe a little because I don't seem to have the time I thought I would, to  make cards and post to my blog. So today, here's more of the cards I made with scraps.

Left over pieces from previous classes I held, this Thankful for You card is perfect for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday.

A thank you card just right for our Thanksgiving meal hostess.  My Aunt and Uncle, whose house we're going to this year.  Don't have to cook...:-)  Just going to sit back, relax and do the dishes for her.
And finally, this card really pops using the silver doilies and a strip of the Into the Woods designer paper.  A few rhinestones add some bling.

I hope you enjoyed my cards today.  I held a camp this past Saturday, and we made 16 Christmas cards using 1 sheet of 12 x 12 paper.  It was a huge hit and I'll share those later this week or next.
Until next time, may God Bless you and have a wonderful week!

  1. Hello Bobbi, I apologize for not commenting sooner, I've been busy with the blog and the grandkids, but I couldn't pass the chance to tell you that your cards, all three of them, are beautiful, I specially love the first one with those amazing leaves. I've been putting off getting this stamp set and dies, the bundle is expensive so I'm kind of biting my time to see if they will put this on the retirement list or on clearance, the leaves are just gorgeous.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful creations.
    Hugs,
    Maria.

  3. Hi Bobbi,
These cards are so pretty and I love that you are using up your scraps to create these beautiful treasures. I love the leaf stamps and dies, they are so elegant!
Thanks so very much for your dear wishes to me this week and the kind comments. I hope your Thanksgiving Day was wonderful, my friend!
My husband will retire next week so we are about to begin this new adventure you're discovering. I'm not at all sure how my crafting time will go, but after all, there are more important things in life, yes? I'm excited!
Love and big hugs to you~
